problemi nel'installazione

raga a me il seriale va bene..ma dopo aver cliccato su avanti mi esce -insert the The Sims CD-ROM intro drive d:
for proprer installation of The Sims vocation expansion pack, setup needs to copy files from the The Sims CD-ROM. Insert the The Sims CD-ROM and click next.

che devo fare??? aiutatemi...risp prestovi prego....grazie

scusate sn nuova e ho un problema ad istallare the sims in vacanza mentre arriva al 57% o al 88% si blocca dicendo ke ha dei problemi, ma io tt sti problemi nn li vedo il disco funzionava benissimo, x favore aiutatemi nn so' cm fare!
